Do I have to buy credits?
No. You pay one fixed price a month. There are no credits here.
Can I cancel at any time?
Yes. You cancel to the end of the paid month. After that, nothing more is charged.
Which files work?
MP4 and MOV. One video can be up to 2 GB.
How long do my videos stay stored?
Three days after the last upload, when nothing else is planned. Otherwise at most 30 days. Your video stays online on the platform.
Can I post the same video on many channels?
Each video runs once per platform. The platforms’ rules apply to you: near copies can lead to bans. Plan your own content for each channel.
What happens when a login runs out?
You see the warning before the time. You connect the channel again, and the plan goes on.
Does TikTok post by itself too?
Not yet. Your video lands in your TikTok app, and you tap Post there. Automatic posting first needs TikTok’s review.
Does Hedule make videos too?
Not yet. You bring your finished videos. Making videos comes later.
